The Mos Eisley Cantina
is probably the most recognizable location of the Star Wars saga,
and frankly one of the coolest. This is something I've been wanting
to make for a while, but was waiting on a schematic of it to start.
Once I got it, it was another few months before I convinced myself
I had enough tan to make it. After a few weekends of working out
specific things on it (the actual building, tables and chairs, the
bar, windows, lights, a roof) I finished it, but it was a few months
more before I got around to taking pictures of it. These aren't
great. The roof's not on, the background's bad, the shots are blurry (these were taken at Brickfest PDX
2004). But I know that with these not so great pictures on my
site it'll drive me to take more professional pictures, with better details. Soon enough. This should hold you off for now.
