Eopie are one of the few horse-equivalents found on Tatooine in The Phantom Menace. I built this in two different stages, about a year or so apart, first building the head and neck and then the body, the latter of which was only made possible due to white technic pin bricks and the fantastic 1x1 plates with teeth. Kinda complicated for its size, but it turned out alright I think.
