Jon Vander, better known as "Dutch" or "Gold Leader," met a pretty messy end in the Battle of Yavin in A New Hope. I used the basic Rebel Pilot body as LEGO uses, and the same helmet as LEGO used in their Gold Leader mini-fig. The head is one from the Spyrius theme. The second picture shows him in the cockpit of his Y-Wing.
