Ki-Adi-Mundi is a Jedi Council member with a small speaking role in The Phantom Menace and a more action-oriented role in Attack of the Clones. He uses the (grown Padawan) Anakin Skywalker torso from Attack of the Clones but retains the arms and pants. His head is one from the Ice Planet 2002 series, with a white beard piece (which covers the Padawan braid on the torso) and a yellow 1x1 cone on top. And now that we know the official color of his lightsaber (blue), I've included it.
