I'd been wanting to make the entrance dome for the Lars Homestead for a while but hadn't thought of a good way to make the actual dome without using a 10x10 canopy piece, which is a pretty cheap way of doing it. I though of doing the dome using a studs up hemisphere but at an even diameter it wouldn't work well with the door was five studs wide, so I decided to stick with a diameter of eleven. I added some SNOT to make the curve of the dome and the larger diameter base more accurate, and because, well, SNOT's cool. I'm working on the rest of the homestead which should be up in a long while.
