Oppo Rancisis just sits and wags his tails as part of the Jedi Council in The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones. He uses a brown torse and brown arms, tan hands, two tan 1x2 plates on top of eachother for his tail-legs, and a Gasgano head with a white beard piece and a white 1x1 round plate on top. He also uses a brown cape (modified to fit more like a cloak than a cape with holes for his arms to fit into).
