Emperor Palpatine is the corrupt ruler of the Galactic Empire as seen in the latter part of the saga. He uses a Darth Vader head lacking the scars on the face and matching grey hands. His torso and pants are the same of the official LEGO Emperor Palpatine mini-fig. The cape is a regular black one but with holes on the side to make it less of a cape and more of a cloak. The first picture is of him with his cane, the second shooting lightning.
