Captain Panaka is the head of security for Queen Amidala during the events of The Phantom Menace. For him, I used the brown torso from the official Naboo Guard mini-figure and a brown waist to act as his jerkin. I used a Professor Quirrell head (from the Harry Potter theme) for his own. He has blue arms, dark blue legs, and the cap from the aforementioned mini-figure. When he takes his cap off, he has a black regular hairpiece.
