Plo Koon is a member of the Jedi Council and can be seen in The Phantom Menace and Attack of the Clones. He uses the (grown Padawan) Anakin Skywalker body as his should be all brown (the braid is gone from his torso). His head is one from the Hydronaut series; it's not that accurate but he's still very recognizable using an official head. And now that we know the official color of his lightsaber (blue), I've included it.
