Boba Fett: the supposed greatest bounty hunter in the galaxy; Slave I: the supposed greatest bounty hunting ship in the galaxy. That's up to opinion. LEGO did a decent job of Boba Fett's Slave I, which, with a little effort, could be made into a nice model. It did not work as a mini-fig scale model, though. I tried to make a more accurate one close to doubling the scale, but without making it on a one foot to one stud ratio (a project of its own). Better pieces (namely the canopy from Jango Fett's Slave I have come out since, so with that, and other newer better pieces, I want to redo this with a better interior and underside, and make Jango Fett's version from that. That might be a while, though.
