The Phantom Menace
Watto is the junk-dealing owner of Anakin Skywalker as seen in The Phantom Menace. He uses the same headpiece and arms as the official mini-fig, but with a light blue torso rather than a tan one and light blue short legs to make him closer to his movie height. He also uses the clear 1 x 2 brick to give him the hovering effect.

Attack of the Clones
In Attack of the Clones Watto helps his former slave Anakin Skywalker in a quest to find his mother, Shmi. This is the same figure as above, but with a brown 2x2 radar dish to act as his hat.
