The WED-15-77 can
be seen on the Lars' moisture farm in A New Hope. Although
it's supposed to have treads, they're too hard to imitate at mini-fig
scale, so I used eight grey round 1x1 plates in place of treads,
which still work well. The binoculars should be blue but, alas,
LEGO only makes them in black, grey, and dark grey; I chose the
latter. It is nineteen pieces total.
